Our Stainless Steel Gastronorm Covers are easy to clean, hygienic, and extremely durable. If looked after correctly they can last a lifetime. It’s strongly advised, after use, any excess food is removed to prevent staining. Once, the dishwashing cycle has ended the item must be removed and dried immediately.
