A twin tank filtration system not only filters used oil to reduce replacement costs on new barrels, it also keeps both tank’s oil entirely separated to ensure there is no cross contamination that could compromise the quality of either tank’s contents.
Each tank in the Lincat Opus 800 Twin Tank Fryer is independently powered and controlled. The separate temperature dials allow for two different foods to be cooked simultaneously at different temperatures, ranging from 90 to 190 degrees Celsius.
