The left and right hand sections can be independently controlled to cook different meats simultaneously or to provide an economic solution if there is a dip in demand. A heightened splashguard helps reduces spillage across other kitchen appliances, meanwhile a thick drain hole and 2.5 litre collection drawer for fat helps keep cleaning on the griddle as trouble free as possible.
