The majority of control available is due to the seven independent heat zones on the hob, which can be switched off accordingly to match dips and peaks in demand as well as to generate heat gradients that perfect the rareness of your meat. All the while the unit adds a smoky chargrill flavour through cleverly designed heat radiants whilst the grids brand the meat for a more attractive finish.
